Caritas Sweden has, with funds from Sida,
during the last three years,supported a number of rehabilitation
projects in Yekepa.The aim of the projects is to help war-affected
young women and men. The projects are under the supervision
of St.Joseph´s catholic parish. One of the most important
project is the autocarshop, the only one to be found for
many, many miles from Yekepa. Other projects include carpentershops,
one in Yekepa and the other one in Gbley (Mondaytown), a
chickenfarm, large scale swamp-rice farms, and small scale
production of vegetables and cassawa. In Camp 4, the parish
runs a project for women of all ages. Another project "Reconciliation
through Sports,Drama and Music" has resulted in number of
