Richilieu Morris was a big boss in LAMCO. However, when Vice President Tolbert visited Nimba he (Tolbert), or some of his employees, wanted ice cream, and, since Morris was the boss of such things as the Cold Store they drove up to his house and asked, no, ordered, him to open up the Cold Store even if it was the middle of the night. Morris told them to get lost! Soon heavily armed police was hauling him out of his home for 'offending the Vice President' - a crime that no doubt carrried the death penalty.
Morris ended up in Sanniquelli jail - a place that rumours described as unhealthy at the best and a bottomless hell-hole at next best.
LAMCO bosses eventually got him out of there.
